Extensive background overseeing end-to-end food trader operations, including trader onboarding, pitch allocation, power and water planning, vehicle movements, build and break schedules, and on-site compliance. Trusted to act as the key point of contact between traders, production, local authorities, environmental health and event management teams.

    •    Build, live days and derig operations
    •    Crew, stewarding and staffing coordination
    •    Troubleshooting trader issues in real time

Worked across some of the UK’s most complex event environments including Glastonbury Festival, BST Hyde Park, Reading & Leeds Festival, The Open Championship, Download Festival, Bestival, Mighty Hoopla and numerous independent and boutique events.

Comfortable working at Head of Concessions / Site Operations level while remaining practical and trader-focused, with a strong reputation for running efficient, well-organised food areas that support both commercial success and positive audience experience.
